Zero stars. The worst experience. My daughter filled out the application for a PO Box on 3/12 for a 3 month term. She went to the post office on 3/15. The lady told her she would contact her with the combo code. A week later nothing. So my daughter called and the lady was rude. I talked to the lady and she was very rude & disrespectful. She said there are only 2 people working at that Nassau Bay location and she will get to it when she gets to it. They are behind. Time went by with no contact. My daughter filled a complaint but could never get a call back from that location (it kept getting sent to the League City location). I finally filled a complaint on 3/21 & got a call back from Mrs. Cole at the El Camino Real location saying she was the acting manager for Nassau Bay. She was very nice & seemed helpful. She was helping & gave me her number. Said I would have the info by the end of that day. That turned fast. Still nothing. Now Mrs. Cole is MIA. She will not answer my calls. My daughter has been paying for a PO Box that she does not have access to. Waste of money. Needless to say she will be cancelling that before the 3 month term of wasted money is up. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I wish I could put zero stars! Most disrespectful people ever! They definitely need some new employees in there that treat their customers with respect and actually do their job! I went in there a month ago, maybe even a little longer now to open a po box and I am still waiting for the combo lmao! When I called a week later to ask if it was ready (it wasn't) and when it would be, the woman on the phone said "when I get to it". She clearly doesn't want to do her job. But I'm paying for a po box that I still don't have access to. I highly recommend NOT going here!

J. jones is completely disrespectful and ignorant. Threw an attitude just for asking her a question and when I asked for the manager he was no help at all either. Most unprofessional experience at a post office I have ever witnessed. She 100% needs to find another job if she’s gonna treat people that bad

This is our favorite post office in the area, I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go here instead of the one down my street. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the waittime is not crazy long. A line does happen during rush hours but goes pretty quickly. Thank you Perez & Mel!

I have been to many post offices in my lifetime on a regular due to my nature of business. Hands down, Melanie and Perez always are patient, great and give perfect customer service every single time. When they are out this post office is certainly not the same.

I arrived 2 minutes before 5:00 and the doors were locked. I had a package to drop off for my granddaughter. Very disappointed.

Awesome customer service. I've been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and every experience was flawless. Perez is very professional, helpful, and kind to every customer. He has been there all 3 times I've been and each time he is joking with customers and remembering familiar faces. He is a hard worker. Best post office in the area.

There is one lady and a man that work there that are AWESOME! However...I went in today and waited in line about 15 minutes with my envelope (one leotard) and already had the label filled out and right when I was the next person in line...the NICE lady took a break. The woman that took her place was AWFUL!!! She was very rude and would not mail my large envelope because I hadn't bought a certain label or used the priority envelope. First of all, I could NOT understand a word she was saying (heavy Indian accent) so I was confused and had no idea what she was talking about since I never had to do that before. The other lady and man have always helped me. They just take the label I filled out and stick it on top of the old label. Done! I was only there maybe a total of 5 seconds and just trying to ask her what she needed me to do then in order to get my envelope mailed and she just kept repeating very loudly over and over like I was some dumb dog..."I have a line! I have a line!" And yes I'm aware she did....it was the one I had already stood in for 15 minutes. It was unbelievable! She embarrassed me and talked to me like a dog in front of 8 other people in line!! She absolutely refused to help me!!! I just turned around and walked out. I will GLADLY drive farther to the UPS store and GLADLY pay a little extra money so I do not have to be made a fool of in front of the entire post office!!! I can not believe this woman has a job at all with that attitude!!! Someone needs to address this!!!
