Esmerelda turned my hair disaster into my dream hair!! I booked with her for haircolor (retouching bleached blonde) service and a trim. I was nervous at first because I went to a different "high end" salon (in Sugarland) and had such a bad experience, chemical burns, breakage, even swimmer ear, the whole 9 yards pretty much. Esmerelda made sure I had an AMAZING experience at this salon. I told Esmerelda about my previous experience and how nervous I was to have something similar happen, she gave my hair a good once over to assess the previous damage (quite literally in this case). She made really good recommendations to avoid breakage and when it was time to bleach my hair she made sure I was comfortable for the whole process. She didn't leave my side (unlike the other stylist at the "high end" place) and was very kind/caring. I really appreciate her efforts to make sure everything looks good and I feel good.
