I had the worst experience I have ever had. Esmeralda doesn’t know how to cut hair or dry it. After drying mi hair, it was bulging, horrible. I had to get home to fix it myself. When I dried it at home I realized that there were parts of hair longer than others. I couldn’t believe how expensive she charged me for the mess she made me!!!! Esmerelda turned my hair disaster into my dream hair!! I booked with her for haircolor (retouching bleached blonde) service and a trim. I was nervous at first because I went to a different "high end" salon (in Sugarland) and had such a bad experience, chemical burns, breakage, even swimmer ear, the whole 9 yards pretty much. Esmerelda made sure I had an AMAZING experience at this salon. I told Esmerelda about my previous experience and how nervous I was to have something similar happen, she gave my hair a good once over to assess the previous damage (quite literally in this case). She made really good recommendations to avoid breakage and when it was time to bleach my hair she made sure I was comfortable for the whole process. She didn't leave my side (unlike the other stylist at the "high end" place) and was very kind/caring. I really appreciate her efforts to make sure everything looks good and I feel good. I've gone back twice now and I've had no damage or breakage thanks to her, she has never dissapointed me! Service: Hair coloring

Took my 9yo for a haircut. The lady stopped cutting her hair as soon as I stepped away to take my other child to the rest room. Chatted with others, bought products. When I came out she said she was done with hardly any layering as we had discussed. Waste of money!

Check the prices very carefully before you sign up. Their website does not list prices, but there is a sign on the wall near the cash register. Their prices have gone up astronomically. It looks like they're trying to recoup all the money they lost during COVID isolation. There are a lot cheaper haircuts out there that are just as good. Service: Haircut

I took my nieces in to get hair cuts. My goodness we were barely greeted. The two hair stylist there seemed to be mad about everything and they were not shy to share their distaste. They rushed the cuts. I had to ask for the girls to get a shampoo. When I asked for the blow out I was told it would cost $65. No where in the history of blow outs have I ever heard it cost $65. If you didn’t want to do the blow out just say so. But don’t bold face lie. The message board clearly says $20. When I pointed that out the hair stylists tells me it’s based on the length of the hair. The child’s hair was a little over shoulder length. Needless to say we won’t be going back. For future clients, good luck. Hopefully those two ladies are in a better mood when you arrive. Service: Haircut

Horrible. Terrible. Cranky women. Tried to cut my hair which is down to the waist without a wash. When I asked for a wash she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she made a nasty remark “thank god.” In a sarcastic way. Then after she cut my hair I just asked for a blowout. $65 dollars for a blowout. She tried to discourage a blowout by telling me it was cost 65 dollars. Clearly on the board it said 20 dollars! Dishonest/ lazy! Service: Haircut

I just saw this previous review from this lady saying things about my stylist esmeralda and I was shocked too hear this because I was at the salon when this all happened I was paying for my daughter service and she definitely did not say those things that she put on the review. So beware clients lie. She is right about one thing she works by appointment because she is always busy and booked because she is a great stylist and awesome colorist! Service: Haircut
