I use Great Clips almost exclusively because I travel full-time. This is one of the best that I have been to in a very long time.

pushy "seller" of products, a "NO" once was not enough to convey the fact that I didn't need/care for the product she was pushing... annoying. Follow Up: Sorry, "Management Person", I'm not going to "follow up" with you via email or by phone, there's nothing to go over other than what I wrote above. All you have to do is not to brainwash your hair cutters and try to turn them into forced sellers, I'm sure they barely get paid enough to do one function -cutting hair. If you need to sell the overpriced merchandise on your shelves perhaps you can come out and try pushing it, or set up a sales counter with a designated seller. Service: Haircut

The stylists that I have worked with are friendly, consistent, and professional. I have my haircut done with CeeCee and Joann, and they're both awesome. Will be coming back more often for a haircut.

I was happy to finally found my barber shop. In my next visit I apply online and came, they asked me “online” said yes, however I waited as normal although the online says zero time waiting!

Love Kim and Sai (pronounced "say"). Those r the only 2 I let cut my hair, my son's and daughter's. Everyone is always nice when I go. Great hair cut with an awesome price!

Very great service and friendly staff! I can go in knowing whichever stylist cuts my hair, they will all do a great job. They even keep notes so I don’t have to explain what I want each visit.

I've been here twice now and I must say that their service is excellent. I'm always given a friendly greeting upon arrival which is a great way to uplift my day regardless of how I'm feeling. In regards to the haircut process, their service is both deliberate and precise -- always loving the end result. I have yet to encounter a "poor" experience from this place.

Ya know, reading these reviews you can be a bit skeptical on who to trust, and who not to trust. However it all comes down to if you're actually willing to try the place out for yourself. I forget the Vietnamese lady's name, but she was incredibly nice and respectful, I gave her the same back of course. I came in around 5:30pm. When I asked to be scissor cut she gladly went along with it, she was very careful with her work and we passed the time chatting about our history and where we're from. She had a strong accent so it might be challeging sometimes to understand, but that shouldn't sway your view. Overall I was very happy with my haircut and it was done exactly how I wanted it, highly recommend this place and try it out if you'd like :)
