Best veterinarian in Lewisville, Texas (TX) 2024

Staff was very nice and check in/out was good. I hesitate to bring my dog in though because no matter what I bring her in for what should be a 15 minute appointment turns into sticking her in a cage for at least 7 hours. I realize this is done for their convenience, they can't use Covid as an excuse anymore. No other vets do this and I think it's shameful. If I want to bring her in for say, an ear infection, I have to wait weeks for a non drop in appointment! I will not renew my membership and hope you will stop realize how wrong this is. Very disappointing. ~Sheila
