Staff was very nice and check in/out was good. I hesitate to bring my dog in though because no matter what I bring her in for what should be a 15 minute appointment turns into sticking her in a cage for at least 7 hours. I realize this is done for their convenience, they can't use Covid as an excuse anymore. No other vets do this and I think it's shameful. If I want to bring her in for say, an ear infection, I have to wait weeks for a non drop in appointment! I will not renew my membership and hope you will stop realize how wrong this is. Very disappointing.

Proud of the entire team at Timber Valley! I'm driving from Plano, 30 minutes away, because only this location is worth my time. Always accommodating, great attitude, and knowledgeable. Overall, extremely helpful. It was my second visit, and the consistency around services and CS is A+. Kudos!!!

Below was my 5 Star review when Dr Grey was there. It is not the same anymore without him there. The nurses that are still there from when Dr Grey was there is always nice but the quality and the careness is no longer there from the doctors. It's like PetSmart all over again. I will be searching for Dr Grey on the web and hope to find him because my dogs needs him. My old review..... Friendly and trusting place. I have been going here for about 5 yrs now. I keep moving further away but I'd rather drive to a trusting Vet than go somewhere else. Both Cherry and Lando couldn't ask for a better doctor as Dr Grey and environment! Thanks always!

My 14 yr old mini schnauzer had been having some kidney ssues that progressively got worse and worse. I woke up Tuesday morning, last week and knew it was time. My buddy hadn't been the same in quite a while and I felt horrible that I couldn't do anything for him. I was a Banflield client at another location that closed. My normal vet was in the process of transitioning into this practice but hadn't yet started. I had to make the hardest decision one could make and thank god Dr. Gray and his staff were there to help my wife and I through the process. I have had pets all my life and wish I would've encountered a Dr. Gray from the start. He was what every pet owner wants from a Veterinarian. He is absolutely the best. He treated us like family. He was so kind and you could tell how genuine he was. He knew we were hurting and was able to make everything better. We knew we could trust him immediately. I'll never go anywhere else for my pets needs. Thank you Dr Gray and your super staff for everything you did for me, my wife and most importantly...our beloved Giant.

Dr Brian Gray has been our vet for over 25 years, and we absolutely love him and his staff. I don’t trust just anyone with my pets, but Dr Gray is not only knowledgeable but very warm and personable. You can be assured that your concerns will be answered in a common sense & caring way.

We've been coming to see Dr Gray for a few years now. We have multiple dogs, from 6 to 60 pounds and ranging in age from 2 to 12. I've been a dog owners all my life and I can say without a doubt that this is the best place to bring your fur children. Dr Gray is compassionate and pragmatic at the same time. He has real empathy for you and your fur baby. He's helped keep our 12 year old yorkie healthy and happy even after being diagnosed with cancer. I have worked in animal rescue for years and I have never been so completely satisfied with the care from any other vet. Real world solutions for the standard and emergency care of your precious four legged family members.
