Best mobile phone repair shop in Plano, Texas (TX) 2024

I called one day to ask about having a new battery installed in my two year old smartphone. They didn't have the battery in stock and said I would need to come by and pay half for them to order it, and then come back when it came in. I had tried the same at a different store the day before, and when I got there, I was told the tech was not there, and he had to be the one to order the battery. I decided to postpone the process, because I had already wasted enough time. Incredibly, CPR proactively order the battery and called me to tell me they were ready to go! I went by, dropped of my phone, and it was done in one hour. I am a happy camper!! Thank you CPR! ~Thomas

First time here and recommended by Google since I have a Google Pixel 6a. I booked an appointment today and Kylie was awesome from beginning to end. She explained the process and estimated the cost for my crack screen and that it will take an hr to be done. Once my phone was done and gave me the cost as she quoted from the beginning and told me about the 1-year warranty. The tech who worked on my phone did a great job replacing my screen.
