I came as a walk in and Alex was so kind to take a look at my Samsung laptop for me that was no longer charging or turning on. Other places including geek squad had told me I needed to ship it off to Samsung and take three weeks to get it back. Alex was able to power it on immediately and saved me and my business a world of heartache and stress this week. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!!! First time here and recommended by Google since I have a Google Pixel 6a. I booked an appointment today and Kylie was awesome from beginning to end. She explained the process and estimated the cost for my crack screen and that it will take an hr to be done. Once my phone was done and gave me the cost as she quoted from the beginning and told me about the 1-year warranty. The tech who worked on my phone did a great job replacing my screen. I will be back! Kylie and the team there, y'all rock!

When a different Asurion location broke my phone speaker during an unrelated repair and refused to fix it, I called this location, and Jonas was extremely helpful in scheduling my repair the very next morning. They honored the repair warranty even though it was a different location, and Alex fixed my phone! It works great now. EDIT: An unfortunate update, immediately after I left with my phone, it turned off and died altogether. Completely bricked. The techs at Asurion have no idea what happened. I cannot recommend Asurion, at least for the Pixel 5. I would suggest shipping it to Google themselves to do the repairs. This has been a very confusing and disappointing experience. EDIT 2: Erin at the corporate office was very helpful and sent me a reimbursement check for my damaged phone.

Got my phone fixed by Aaron today. He did what Samsung and my Cell Provider could not do, and he did it same day. Aaron was super friendly and professional, and I am so grateful he saved me from having to purchase a whole new device. Will definitely be back with any other repair needs.

My experience with this location was great. Everyone who helped me over the few days were very informed, nice , and patient. Especially Alex. He is super friendly and fun and helped me a great deal with figuring out what i need to do to fix my phone since my mobile provider wouldn't properly fix my issue. He is great at communicating and sets a very good vibe in the store, he deserves a raise or a promotion. or a million dollars. thank you alex.

Over a month ago, I took my phone in for a battery replacement. After getting home with my newly repaired phone, I realized that the fingerprint sensor was no longer working. I took the phone back to the shop to see what the problem was. They determined that in the process of replacing the battery, the tech tore the cable on the fingerprint sensor. I was told that they needed to order a new sensor for me and to come back on Friday (this was on Tuesday). I went back that Friday and was told it hadn't arrived yet. It was a holiday weekend so I went back the following Tuesday and was told it still hasn't arrived yet and they would call me when it arrived. I didn't hear anything for a week so I went back the following Monday, now very frustrated, and was told that the part is on backorder with Samsung. I was told, very firmly, that THEY would call ME when the part arrives, making it clear that they didn't want me coming in asking every few days. So I waited a full month with no word before I went back in again. This time they had the part in stock and mentioned that they only had one in stock. So not only did they not call me when the part arrived and let me wait who knows how much extra time, they just put that part into inventory for anyone who might come in with a bad sensor. It wasn't reserved for me: the customer whose phone THEY broke. So their tech was sloppy, their quality assurance process after a repair didn't catch a major failure, their communication and organization skills are poorly lacking, and their inventory management is flawed. None of these are things that build trust in a brand. In the end they did repair the phone and I was told that they are under new management. Regardless, I will most certainty never use them again.

Check-in was extremely slow. With the repair, I asked for a new screen saver. He told me the price and pulled the box off the rack and said they would install it. Pick up was extremely slow!!!! There were 2 in front of me and 3 people behind me in a very small store. My phone screen has been fixed fine but No Screen Saver. Then he tells me the guy that checked me in never gave the repair crew the screen film box or billed me for it. This took my time spent away from my job!! Ok, never mind and good bye!! Terrible customer service. May have too much business to handle. Lady in front of me waited forever in line. She came at her pickup time to be told her iPad wasn’t ready because there are others ahead of hers!!! What??!! That’s awful. Our time is as valuable as yours!

Frustrating experience! I called ahead of time to verify they had the parts in stock and what information I needed to collect for them to price match before driving across town. Only to be told by Alex that the information they told me I needed was wrong. He also told me the people I spoke with were with a different company and they have different rules for price matching. The rep even made notes in my account on our conversation about what was needed and Alex refused to even attempt to honor it. Would not recommend this store! There are way more customer friendly options out there.

I dropped my laptop off, and was talked into the insurance monthly. Paid that, and paid for my repairs, and they said they'd call me when my parts came in. Week went by and no call. So I called and they said my part was sitting there and nobody bothered to call me and it would be ready same day. Dropped it off, and that was 4 days ago. Called again, and now they claim my parts never arrived. So. Which is it? Y'all need to get your stories straight before lying to someone. Now they won't even answer my calls to see where my laptop is. I don't recommend this place. Update for the owner. I paid 19.99 for the monthly whatever. Then $81 for a new laptop lid. Just picked it up, and it was used. It has more scratches on it then before. Horrible business service. That's not what I paid all that money for, and they didn't even install the lid on fully. It was barely on there. Lazy, and didn't even communicate at all. If you're reading this, email me to discuss. Or call me. This needs to be addressed immediately.
