Called and had some questions. I believe it was the owner not only answered my questions but spent time explaining to me the why’s and gave me options to try. Unfortunately my tv needs repaired by a technician and I am going to use them. Great customer service!

Zero Stars! Looks like I am having the same issues as others. Direct TV sent them to me and they have had my TV over a month. I have left several messages and got one phone call back telling me my voicemail went to some sort of junk voicemail (whatever that means) and they needed to order a part. Anyway, two weeks later I finally reached someone at the store who said their system is down and would call me back and no surprise I have never received that call. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sounds like these protection plans are sending them enough business that customer care is non existent. I will let Direct TV know how bad the service is as well.

I was required to use them on the extended warranty I purchased thru WalMart (Asurion). The LED strips went out on one side of my 70 inch Vizio which was 1.5 years old. The manufacturer told me and even sent me an email saying they don't replace those and that the TV should be replaced. I sent it to Sartor and Asurion. Sartor told me they had the new parts, would pick up the tv and return repaired withing 48 hours. They picked up the TV on Tuesday at noon. By Thursday I had left 2 voicemails and none were returned. They don't answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I went over there on Friday morning and was told that the strips they got in were damaged and they could have replaced with used strips but chose not to. They were expecting a shipment in on Friday and would have the TV repaired and ready by Saturday. I received a text from Sartor at 5:04 pm on Friday that said the TV screen had a problem now and they could not repair. The warranty company would be contacting me for a replacement. I called and asked if I could pick up the TV to watch playoff football while I was waiting. I was told that I no longer owned the TV and that they would be keeping it for parts. This is a racket! I have attached several photos of the shop (notice they are standing on their side) that shows all of the TV's that this guy has that I'm sure were sent for repair and came up with the same issue. Sounds fishy to me. Now my hubby is forced to watch on a 32 inch that we have in another room. I'm reporting to BBB and the Attorney General, since this guy is a fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. HE'S A CROOK!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I have the Direct TV Premier Protection Plan and I feel very happy that Sartor was the company they set me up with. They picked up my tv on January 2nd, called me in the afternoon on January 3rd to let me know it was repaired and had it back to me by 6am January 4th. Now also keep in mind that I live about 50 or so miles away from their shop. Now that's good Ole customer service. Excellent business. Thank you

Quick schedule time under DirectTV premium protection plan. On-site diagnosis & taken to repair shop. Seriously delivered repaired next day! I purchased another TV in anticipation of repair and Malcolm was awesome! He took the time to reconnect everything and move a TV for me.

If I could give 0 stars that would better describe our experience! My husband took our TV in without reading these reviews first, mistake #1. He was given an estimated fix time of 1 week. 3 months later our TV was not done. My husband would call once every 1-2 weeks to check on the status of the repair and each time he was told "we've just ordered the part", "the part is on the way", and "we're working on installing the part." Each time we would attempt to come get the TV due to the length of time it was taking and the run around we continued to get, but they would assure us the TV was almost done. Finally after numerous calls and a few unexpected visits to the store we were finally told the TV was not repairable. What happened to the part that was ordered and being installed? Overall the entire experience was horrible and all the other negative reviews are accurate! You have been warned, stay away!!! In regards to the below comments by a Sartor representative: I'm wondering how you are able to comment on a situation without knowing which tv I'm referring to. My last name above does not match my husband's, you never had any contact with me, and I never mentioned any names. You are so concerned with trying to defend yourselves in reviews than doing quality work! This is just another example of how ridiculous your business practices are!

I honestly don't know where to start, after having to call my service plan just 14 months after we purchased our TV we were scheduled to have repairs made with Sartor. I immediately looked them up on line to look at the reviews and was not excited. To be short, every bad review on their page was extremely accurate to a T!!! They do not keep you updated, they say they will call you back and they don't. I've heard every excuse in the book from this place, it's definitely a goat rodeo. Today when they found out I was calling they put me on hold for over 10 minutes while trying to call TV manufacture for update because once again the ball was dropped and I wanted answers. I was told today if you use your service plan you can opt out from Sartor and request another service repair facility, I highly recommend this option if you want your TV back or even repaired. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!!!!! No stars in my book. 6 WEEKS AND STILL NO TV!!!

I personally don't like to write reviews regarding poor experiences but I felt that it is necessary for this company. They were outsourced through Target Service Plan Protection to come and either repair or diagnose our tv. I received a call on a Wednesday that they would be coming the following day and would call me on the way. I hadn't received a phone call by 4pm so I reached out multiple times and was told each time that they would locate the tech and call me back. They never called back. I once again called to see what was going on and they told me that they would now be coming Friday at 2pm. I gave them until 5pm and nobody called or showed up. I called them multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Nobody called saying they weren't going to make it either day and now we can't get in touch with anyone period. I do not think this is how business should be done and therefore, I do not recommend anyone give them their business no matter how small or large the job may be. They don't respect their customers or their time. Plain and simple, GO ELSEWHERE!

On 6/3/2016, my 60 inch Vizio Smart TV would not turn on despite my failed attempt to troubleshoot. Lucky for me I purchased a 3 year service plan through Target. I contacted the service provider and was told that Sartor TV & Video was the assigned vendor to service my TV. On 6/4/16 I spoke with an employee of Sartor. After answering several questions, I was told that the likely problem was a bad power supply, part needed to be ordered, would come in on Tuesday (6/7), and scheduled a date for repairs on Wednesday (6/8). Shortly after confirming a date for repairs I googled Sartor TV & Video and became very concerned due to the many negative comments I read. On 6/7/16, I received a phone call from Andrew (Service Tech) informing me that the part was in and asked if I was available to service the TV. Andrew arrived approximately 45 minutes later, very professional, knowledgeable, and replaced the power Supply without any issues. I definitely give this company 5 GOLD STARS and would not hesitate to contact them with any future TV issues.

After reading the reviews I'm glad that I did not use this company, I have Direct TV and they scheduled me for a TV repair on a Saturday and I called that morning to see if someone was coming out since no one has called me. I spoke with a man who stated that he would not be able to come today but on Monday, it would have been nice to get a phone call stating that. So he says we will call you Sunday to confirm for Monday, and no call on Sunday or on Monday so I called Direct Tv and advised them to switch me to another repair place I see the service is already bad with a lack of communication which is a bad start to gain a customer. Guess what I did get a call 3 DAYS later my Tv was already in the shop by then, 1st impression LAST impression.
