Best jewelry repair service in Richardson, Texas (TX) 2024

I went to CDC about 1 year or two ago to have a gold necklace repaired and the experience was pleasant. Based off that experience, I decided to return. I took a gold necklace in for repair on May 9th. I was told I would receive a call within 1 to 2 weeks. A month went by without any notification from CDC. I decided to stop by on June 8th to retrieve my necklace and take it somewhere else. The work was actually completed and the response I received was "oh we normally text". I informed them that I never received a call or text. They didn't seem too concerned about their mistake and lack of communication. I was told the necklace was repaired with 14k gold and after inspection, it looked much like a silver material. She even had to re-clean it. I wasn't happy with the work or service but I made my payment. I don't plan on returning. ~Brittany
