Gym lost the pool and the kids club but the floor looks great. Many machines, always clean, friendly front desk and good atmosphere. The parking lot has lots of parking too and it’s easy to get in and out from I-35. ~A

Are you a body builder? Are you a power lifter? Are you an athlete? Have you never been in a gym and feel nervous about going?? THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! Do you forget to put your weights back after your fourth set? Do you leave your barbells covered in chalk? Do you leave the treadmill covered in sweat and stuck in the highest incline when you're finished using it? THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. (Please reassess your gym habits NOW.) The parking is limited during peak hours and the weight room can get a bit cramped, but you're bound to find a spot and probably get a chat in while you wait. The majority of the clients are friendly and it's advised that you should be, too. The staff and ownership are the realest and support everyone that come through the doors! Amazing personal trainers from all types of backgrounds. Fair warning: This is a place that supports the "influencers" and filming your sets. You are bound to see multiple people posing and snapping pics throughout the gym. Generally, people are respectful and more focused on their workouts rather than just fooling around. SUPER dog friendly! Weather permitting! Over 90° outside?: Leave the pup at home! Pro tip: if you're dog isn't used to being tied out while you train and gets nervous/anxious around other dogs and loud noises, gets tangled up in their leash easily, maybe skip this part. It must have been a good club back in the day. We left a request on the website - and from that moment the manager calls us several times and asks for the date and time when we plan to come. Last time, I said that we have the right to choose the time without warning - and do not want to make an appointment as a doctor. But my interlocutor did not hear me, and persistently and rudely offered to sign me up for a specific time. As a result, I was forced to simply ask not to waste my time and stop the call. It must have been a good club at one time. But this place needs renovation for a long time - renovation inside, and renovation in the minds. ~Yuriy
