It must have been a good club back in the day. We left a request on the website - and from that moment the manager calls us several times and asks for the date and time when we plan to come. Last time, I said that we have the right to choose the time without warning - and do not want to make an appointment as a doctor. But my interlocutor did not hear me, and persistently and rudely offered to sign me up for a specific time. As a result, I was forced to simply ask not to waste my time and stop the call. It must have been a good club at one time. But this place needs renovation for a long time - renovation inside, and renovation in the minds.

I agree with another reviewer (LegoBlok J). There is no customer service. The manager (Victor Sanchez) is the worst. Salespeople lie to get you a membership. Different staff says different things. They will not accommodate you and are willing to kick you out if they didn't set up the account right. The manager put zero effort to resolve the account issues. Do yourself a favor and never walk into this gym.

The box lockers have all been broken for one and a half months. Two of them in machines have been scheduled for repair for over a month.

Basketball only: Basketball court is skinny. Trying to shoot a corner 3 is impossible because of how small it is. Super annoying part is apparently some volleyball group comes to take over the bball court. The fact that this happens isn’t a big deal but the lack of transparency is annoying. They (the gym not the folk playing) don’t have signage or anything but it is known that they will be there 8-10 t and Thursday. For me that’s 2/5 times I could come in to shoot around or likely get a run in. So depending on your schedule and plans could be annoying. Machines could use some love. But the gym is pretty solid otherwise I’d give the gym as a whole 3 out of 5 but for someone like me specifically and only really interested in the basketball court it’s really annoying

Ball guy at front desk (possibly the manager) creeped out my wife. He tries talking to her every time she’s there and comments on her workouts. Shes tried to avoid him if she can.

I wish I could give no stars the 16600 N 620 road location has the worst customer service. I got the gym mainly because of the Sauna but most days it smelled horrible! When I let the manager know they did nothing. I got my bank account stolen so I owed 36. The manager Sanchez stopped me in the middle of a workout to kick me out. After I paid for a year and a half on time ! I called prior speaking to an employee josh and he said it would be fine to pay it off Friday. So I wasted time and gas going over there to be kicked out after calling PRIOR to me getting there !!! Worst service ever !!

Good selection, however, if you want to actually work out without any 30 minute pauses to wait on equipment, go somewhere else. They have way too many members for this small gym and wait times for certain machines are well over an hour.

Love this Club. Excellent management too. I believe the young man's name was Victor. Very helpful and courteous. Always greeting people coming in, either as guests or potential guests. Wish my club in Sachse Tx could have a Manager like this?

Its. An okay gym. I mean if you need a place to work out and you live nearby it definitely suits that purpose. If you're looking for something a bit more refined with a better gym culture: This place isn't it. Credit to the staff for keeping it clean and being welcoming but the people who come here I don't think have any idea what basic gym etiquette or consideration is. I regularly saw machines being sat on for 20-30 minutes, sweat not wiped off, staff not crowd controlling, place is insanely packed during certain hours. Bad gym culture, in short. I canceled but if you're looking for the basics and don't mind waiting an extra 20-30 minutes to workout I guess this will do fine. If you're a busy person who is serious about their health there are a plethora of better gyms nearby.

This place has screwed us over multiple times. The gym is fine, but the staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Their hiring process is evidently based on choosing the most idiotic and incapable candidates they can. The place has been going down hill for a while. The sales people want to squeeze every penny they can put of you, staff are perfectly willing to lie, and different staff give different answers because coordination non-existent. Do yourself a favor and never walk into this gym.
