Best credit union in Temple, Texas (TX) 2024

Tried to Mac a deposit through the atm on Saturday and it took my check and said it couldn’t do deposits. It kept my check. Went inside and they said it should b deposited Monday. Went in Monday they said it could take a week. I went in today to make deposit another check. I knew my account was $20.00 overdrawn. That’s the reason I tried to make a deposit Saturday. I was told they closed my account because of 30 days delinquent. Today was day 30. I told them for the third time It wasn’t 30 days last Saturday. I’m done. And the first check still nowhere to be found. If you bank here good luck! Made this review a month ago and the check I tried to deposit, that the atm machine took but didn’t deposit is still nowhere to be found. When I went in a month ago they gave me a case number and assured me they would take care of this. I guess I should have asked them when that would be. ~Steve
