I give this Bank two stars for their customer service because their staff are always as helpful as they can be. However, if you are a person of color, this Bank is not built for us or conducive to helping people of color financially.

Jerrica Davis has by far given me the best Texell experience i've ever had and i have been a customer of this bank for 17 years. This past month has been a emotional and physical roller coaster due to my car being totalled in an accident.
