6 Best atm in The Woodlands, Texas (TX) 2024

The panel for increasing/decreasing the tire pressure from the default 32 psi is busted so I was not able to check my spare tire (it requires 60 psi). A light has been flickering rapidly at night as well, for months. This is the last time I use this location. ~Andras

Went to make a quick deposit today. I've banked at Woodforest Banks for over 20 years. I have noticed a decline in their service lately. Today I tried to make a deposit at the drive through. No one greeted me. I sent my check & deposit to the drive-thru teller. I waited for about 5 minutes - and my check & deposit slip came back to me without a word from anyone. I drove around the building and to the Commercial Teller window - hoping to get to speak to someone - and make my deposit. No one came to the window or acknowledged me in any way. I pressed the call button. No one responded. I blew my horn. No one responded. In the meantime, the customer in the lane to my right was waving feverishly trying to get a teller's attention. They blew their horn. I decided to drive to the front of the bank and go in. I spoke to one of the personnel behind a desk and explained the situation. I ask if I could speak to an officer. She said there was no officer at this site, but she would make my deposit for me. When she returned with my receipt, she handed it to me and said the problem was my check & deposit slip got stuck in the tube, and that was the only problem. I explained that the major problem was no communication from the tellers at the drive thru windows. She said she would communicate that. This is a LONG way from the Woodforest Bank I am accustom to dealing with. I hope things improve. ~Carol

The customer experience at this Wells Fargo location is excellent. Catherine and Ramona went above and beyond to help me set up my account and made me feel understood and truly valued. Highly recommend using this Wells Fargo location for personal and business checking. ~Ryan

(wish zero stars were an option) Absolutely horrible customer service from the tellers. After many mistakes with this bank (11 + years holding an account there and even working for wells Fargo years ago) I finally have decided to close my account. Please do yourself a favor and either go to another branch or to another bank. If sales are so important to the tellers, why do they treat customers, either established or new, so poorly? Please Adam (store manager) help your tellers(especially Christina and Marcia) learn the VALUE of customer service....and keeping them. It's pretty Important. ~elizabeth

switching all my accounts over to Chase was made easy by this branch. Also, they setup accounts for my children while I was there. Appts are recommend but not required as I experienced on a second visit. Margot was very help and I hope she remains at this branch as long as I have accounts with them. ~Dustin

Just joined this bank and had customer service issues within 1 month. I called the bank several times and they claimed Tina (bank manager) would call me right back. It’s now been weeks and no call back. I left my last bank due to poor customer service and now questioning whether this is just typical of all banks. Very frustrating that banks take your money and treat you as if they now have you as a prisoner. ~Brian
