I went for a cashier’s check and ultimately, they let me know that I could upgrade my account to get free cashier’s checks. I ended up saving money and they were quick and efficient. I enjoyed my experience here and the staff was all very friendly.

(wish zero stars were an option) Absolutely horrible customer service from the tellers. After many mistakes with this bank (11 + years holding an account there and even working for wells Fargo years ago) I finally have decided to close my account. Please do yourself a favor and either go to another branch or to another bank. If sales are so important to the tellers, why do they treat customers, either established or new, so poorly? Please Adam (store manager) help your tellers(especially Christina and Marcia) learn the VALUE of customer service....and keeping them. It's pretty Important.
