Best bedding store in Layton, Utah (UT) 2024

I’ve purchased multiple mattresses and other items through Mattress Firm over the last few years. Last year I purchased a new Purple queen size mattress for my child. We had the bed on the floor for a year and finally got around to purchasing a frame for it. After setting up the frame we realized the bed is a full size and not a queen. Contacted this store where we purchased the bed and they told me they won’t do anything about it since I’ve had the bed for a year. They messed up and they wont make it right. It doesn’t matter if we have had the mattress for an hour or 3 years if returned it goes to the same place for resale and all we want is for them to provide the correct mattress we paid for or refund the difference since a full size costs less then the queen size we paid for. I got robbed because I didn’t measure a new bed that had to inflate anyways when we got it. I will be contacting Purple to see if they will make it right and if not then unfortunately I will have to pursue legal action over a few hundred dollars. I am done with Mattress Firm over this and will never shop with them again as I am sure all of you reading this can understand it doesn’t matter how many times a company does something right if they rob you. ~Steven
