Best ophthalmologist in Layton, Utah (UT) 2024

This place is okay. When I called to make my appointment, the guy who answered was extremely rude, like it was such a bother to confirm my insurance information. When I got there, everything went fairly quickly. The girls working that day were friendly. However this place is extremely disorganized. I was reusing an old frame. After I had left, they contacted me to let me know they forgot to have me sign a form. I asked them if they had DocuSign, which they did not and wanted me to come back in. I, like most, work and didn’t have the time. I downloaded an app to electronically sign the paperwork and send it back to them. A week later they contacted me again, letting me know they were ready for me to drop my frames off??? I told them they’ve had them for a week. They let me know they couldn’t confirm this until the following Monday. In which I received a text that they did in fact have them. Overall, nothing is wrong with my glasses, they came out just fine, but due to the disorganized nature of their staff and procedures, I wouldn’t return. We all have busy lives and the last thing I want to worry about is missing forms or missing frames. ~GroobK
