the most terrible employee in the world works in this bank, his name is Austin Rosengreen, and Rachel, firstly he introduced himself as the manager of this branch, but he deceived me, he is a personal banker and is not a manager in any way. Austin refused to use my money from my cashier check, he said my cashier check would take 8 working days to confirm the money, but I asked to contact another bank and check the check, he contacted the bank and confirmed the check is good and there is money, but still refused to use money from check only in just 8 days. this guy is deeply mistaken when he refuses to use the money from a good confirmed check. this is the worst personal banker in the world!
