the most terrible employee in the world works in this bank, his name is Austin Rosengreen, and Rachel, firstly he introduced himself as the manager of this branch, but he deceived me, he is a personal banker and is not a manager in any way. Austin refused to use my money from my cashier check, he said my cashier check would take 8 working days to confirm the money, but I asked to contact another bank and check the check, he contacted the bank and confirmed the check is good and there is money, but still refused to use money from check only in just 8 days. this guy is deeply mistaken when he refuses to use the money from a good confirmed check. this is the worst personal banker in the world! And his assistant her name is Rachel!!!

Worst customer service of my life at this Wells Fargo. Not a single person in line either. Not offended, but saying “You need to wait, we are doing something right now” after I said “how’s it going?” is not the way.

I went in to this location while I was staying in Orem on my off day to let them know that their overdraft rewind wasn’t returning my money. When I sat down with the banker, he was nice enough, but then he started over explaining every detail about every ‘option’ I had. I had had this problem with WF in the past, and it took the banker in Sugarhouse 20 minutes to fix. I was stuck in this branch for well over an hour listening to him. None of it was helpful. He even ‘politely informed me’ that they might rescind my account with them if my relations were not improved. 0/10 would I recommend going to this branch. They over complicate things and then threaten to kick you out if you overdraft too much. As if there aren’t millions of Americans hurting right now who need their bank to work for them, not actively against them. I will be leaving WF and be looking for other banks with better customer relations policies. I’m done with big business screwing over the middle class and then act like it’s a service for us.

Don’t bank with Wells Fargo. Especially at this branch. We’ve switched all of our WF accounts to different banks, but we unfortunately needed it for one of our clients. Today reminded me that we made the right decision to leave Wells Fargo.

A much more enjoyable experience here than at the pleasant Grove branch! Amazing assistance in an otherwise hassle of a situation! Told we were outta luck in pg, zero hesitation to help here! So awesome! Exactly what ya want in a branch! And we weren't even accountholders!

My sister is on SSI. She gets checks from the government that she needs to cash. She has been cashing them for a lo g time at the Wells Fargoand there have been no problems. . Now they are charging her a fee to cash. Taking about 1/4 of the check. Why?

Happened on 10/2/2020 1pm. The banker that handles customers that enter the bank was rude. Using "You need to wait." when I asked a question about if they do a notary services. We ended up just walking out instead of having to deal with him.

Great service! I love Wells Fargo in general, and the team here are great. Kim, the manager, is awesome. She and her bankers have helped me with some sensitive issues when I was pretty upset. They're all great to work with on fees for long time customers. I'm so glad this location is so close to work for me.
