I was initially impressed when I first called and Kirby answered. We spent over 25 minutes brainstorming ideas, and at the end of the call I find out that he is the owner of the business. The fact that he took the time that he did to discuss our goals and ideas on a first call inquiry showed he was passionate about what he does and cares. After reviewing products and services from different vendors, we commissioned FASTSIGNS to design and build our sign. Kirby stayed engaged throughout the process from inception to final delivery. Every step of the way was smooth and professional, and as I said, the final product exceeded our expectations. I went to Minuteman Press to have wedding programs drawn up and printed two weeks before our wedding. Jeff (the owner) greeted me and talked with me first thing when I entered the store. He encouraged me to find an example of a program design for their graphic designer to use. I went home and ended up drafting my own design, complete with fonts and graphics. I sent my draft over to Jeff, and he had the graphic designer tweak it and send me a proof very quickly. The graphic designer was very accommodating in fulfilling my requests for minute spacing and text adjustments. Their turnaround time was incredibly fast from the time I sent them my design and the time the final proof was ready. Jeff accommodated my request to do a hard copy proof. He even found the exact color of linen paper that I wanted, even though it was in short supply. The programs were printed and ready very quickly.
