Really wanted to give this 5 stars but the customer service here is very poor. Initially quoted for a sign and I specifically requested double-sided printing and paid extra for expedited service. I paid in full upfront. Later I receive an email charging over $25 more for printing double-sided. Not to mention they told me they would call me when my sign was ready. The next day - no phone call. Eventually I contacted them and they advised me they can’t always call for expedited service when ready - not what I was told initially. They do great work if you’re willing to put up with changing prices and subpar communication.

Artisanal Builders Co. is a high-end construction company that was looking for a refined display sign to install at project sites. FASTSIGNS in Alexandria, VA provided exceptional customer service and delivered a stunning final product that exceeded our expectations. I was initially impressed when I first called and Kirby answered. We spent over 25 minutes brainstorming ideas, and at the end of the call I find out that he is the owner of the business. The fact that he took the time that he did to discuss our goals and ideas on a first call inquiry showed he was passionate about what he does and cares. After reviewing products and services from different vendors, we commissioned FASTSIGNS to design and build our sign. Kirby stayed engaged throughout the process from inception to final delivery. The website portal and email/phone communication with staff helped provide information and answers to my questions. There was a quick turnaround from ordering to pickup, plus the quality of materials and design for a reunion banner exceeded my expectations. I received my order quickly, efficiently and was expertly guided regarding what to purchase. We needed assistance during the COVID changes in safety and FastSigns had all the info we needed. I was able to do a virtual meeting so they could see the space and help with measurements. Everything was sesamless.

The staff and owner at Fastsigns Alexandria are phenomenal !!! I was explained precisely in detail how they could make a custom logo for me. The owner took the time to show me items he could make for weddings and events. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service I received.

I was working with from Las Vegas on a project in National Harbor, so all of my communication on the project was via phone and email. Your staff, Kirby especially, was so helpful and professional! When I shared the mock ups to my team, they all thought it was the completed project! The way they laid out the proofs looked more realistic than any I've seen. The final product exceeded expectations! Wonderful company, we are so pleased.

Fast Signs did an amazing job on my order and in a timely fashion. While I realize they do a lot of corporate work, this was for a private party.
