I went to Minuteman Press to have wedding programs drawn up and printed two weeks before our wedding. Jeff (the owner) greeted me and talked with me first thing when I entered the store. He encouraged me to find an example of a program design for their graphic designer to use. I went home and ended up drafting my own design, complete with fonts and graphics. I sent my draft over to Jeff, and he had the graphic designer tweak it and send me a proof very quickly. The graphic designer was very accommodating in fulfilling my requests for minute spacing and text adjustments. Their turnaround time was incredibly fast from the time I sent them my design and the time the final proof was ready. Jeff accommodated my request to do a hard copy proof. He even found the exact color of linen paper that I wanted, even though it was in short supply. The programs were printed and ready very quickly. They were beautiful, and I got an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Minuteman Press!

Minutemen Press always provides exceptional customer service and quality. I've used them over the years for print jobs and more recently for our wedding save the dates and invitations. Jeff is a pleasure to work with and walked me through different options for the best quality product and price. They turned around our order for save the dates in one business day with no additional charges for a rush order. They also provided a free proof print, so I could be sure the gold ink I used looked great on paper. I highly recommend you use this print shop! You are in good hands here with people you can trust!!

My partner and I arrived at the old town Alexandria location in an emergency as our printer broke and we needed about 40 presentations as soon as possible. The team was excellent, all of them worked hard and fast, gave us a great price, offered us for an extra small fee staples, so that saved us even more time. I would definitely go back for any printing job, they are very professional! I could not get the name of the woman that first helped us, but she was very sweet as well as the gentleman doing the printings. Very happy with the service.

Minuteman Press recently printed 200 books for me for a school fundraiser. I cannot say enough about how professional their team is and how they really knocked it out the park to help me turnaround a project quickly. They exceeded my expectations and made a huge effort (coming in early after a holiday weekend) to get my book done in time. Not only did it look GREAT, but they were easy to work with and priced the project less than everyone else (by hundreds of dollars). Service, quality and price. Working with them in a no-brainer!

Fantastic customer service - despite a small miscommunication the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I'm going to say this sign brought in at least half of our Girl Scout cookie revenue. ;) Will absolutely use them again!

What a wonderful company to work with! We had a super short turnaround time for 1200 booklets. They printed and delivered within our timeline and kept us updated throughout. The final product was great and the cost was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough!

What an extraordinary staff at Minuteman Press in Alexandria, VA!! Jeff Peterson has an awesome group of professionals. They clearly understand that some customers have actual printing emergencies and those emergencies can only be resolved in a calm and reassuring way. Jeff's staff, specifically Patricia, recognized that, even though I had a very small job, it was an immediate need and I was rather stressed. They were able to help me design my product in an efficient manner that I would not have received from a larger store. I went to Minuteman Press for a very small print job. I needed a photo printed along with some customizations done, and they did a spectacular job. This photo was used as a gift and has a lot of sentimental value. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone. They were very quick, well priced and very professional. 5+ Stars!
