The staff is extremely reliable and honest. I lost my cell phone and Julio spotted it on the street miles from the shop. He was able to contact me through seeing a text message with a friends phone number that he took the initiative to call. She then contacted me that he was trying to reach me that he had found my phone on the street. I don't think people would go through the effort to try to find somebody. He even contacted someone that he knew that worked for Apple to get advice on how to do this. This is a testimony to his honesty and trustworthiness as an employee of Napa, and I would surely go back as a customer. ~George
