Nestled a way in the rolling mountains of Floyd there this gem of a brewery. You have options to sit outdoors on the front or back patio which also boast a fire pit. They also have live stock for neighbors that graze in the back ground. The inside of the brewery is comfy cozy and just makes you feel at home and at ease. The staff were absolutely delightful and the brews all great. From the time we parked and got inside to having our first sip of beer it was just an easy going relaxed feeling throughout. Group favorites were the crisp clean Kornteen kolsch and the Mcdaniels Scotch Ale followed by the Irish Stout. They also serve some smaller plates of food if your hungry and we had the fried pickle ranch dip flatbread. Awesome location and sweet people we will be back again!!Cheers! ~justin

I have been to artisanal chocolate shops all over the world and Cocoa Mia is one of the best. Their stock is incredibly curated with bars from Dubai, China, etc. One of the owners, Grayson, approached us and offered us a sample taste of anything they stock (unheard of customer service) which was great because the choice was so overwhelming! He tailored our tasting to what we liked and then also suggested some new things to try. If you are passing through Floyd, don't miss this experience, especially the hot chocolate which Grayson told us was modeled after his memories of Paris cafes in his younger days. They even give you free samples of this delicious elixir in cute little mugs. A peak experience you don't want to miss! ~Amy

I find it funny that the employee with the New York accent enforces that you show your ID but lets everyone in the store with no mask on. Then claims shes only asking for an ID because she can't recognize you with a mask on. Then looks at your ID and still doesn't know its you, because you have a mask on. Real smart lady. No wonder you're over 50 and work at a gas station. ~C

The store manager there is rude. She speaks to her customers like they are worth nothing. I’ve been in there hearing her speak to her cashiers with disrespect or speaking to them about coworkers or past coworkers in a negative manner. That girl is too young to be running that store. I’ve tried calling corporate and I get nowhere with that. I’ve asked for the DM’s number and he does not answer. All the years of going there I’ve never had a problem with the other store manager that was there. This needs to be resolved. Three managers at that store and only one makes customers feel comfortable and respected. ~Tyler
