Best commercial printer in Manassas, Virginia (VA) 2024

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed my order for a simple cap and gown a month ago and I paid extra for Rush shipping just to be on the safe side. My college graduation is now in 3 days and my cap and gown have not shipped. I have called the customer service line approximately 10 times. The first two times, I got a customer service rep that was "routing me to the right department" only for me to sit on hold for HOURS and eventually I got a voicemail one time. Several other times, I would call and the call wouldn't even go through. I left multiple messages through their contact form on their website. They have comments on their social media pages turned off but one comment I saw was from a woman saying that it was a lottery who would receive their cap and gowns or not. I simply wanted my money back and now am having to file a dispute through my bank to get my money back. They took an event that was supposed to be joyous and exciting and turned it into a stressful, horrible experience! It is now my mission to shout from the rooftops about how HORRENDOUS this company is!!! They should be driven out of business! Awful customer service!!!! ~Rachel
