Best car inspection station in Norfolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

They have the worst customer service ever it’s terrible non professional at all . I took my car in one day and I had an appointment only to sit there all day and no work get done to my car. I got the car in October had problems within 2 weeks ..I recently took my car in they’ve had it for almost 3 weeks with no time table or nothing just “we’ll call you when it’s ready “ I’ll never deal with them again and I don’t recommend them. ~Yung

Dropped my car off there and they were more than welcoming and provided amazing customer service. ET not only fixed my cars problems but also described everything and made everything very clear that way I felt comfortable getting any work done.
