Today I went to Bay Old Dominion for a state inspection. I’d heard good reports about them and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! The inspection was completed in a little over an hour after I brought it in at 8 AM. That included installing new wiper blades (at no additional charge) that I’d bought elsewhere but hadn’t yet installed. E.T., the service manager, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. After seeing him in action, I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and my car was in good hands! The waiting room in the new service center is clean and comfortable, and—a perk for animal lovers—across the street in a tall cell tower is an osprey nest, something I never expected to see in the city. I’ll definitely return to Bay for future service, no doubt about it! Thanks E.T. and staff.
