The manager Lavelle went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle got service as soon as it came in due to a piece of debris from I64 that got into my tire. Thank you and your crew for getting my husband car fixed as soon as it arrived

Called about purchasing tires. Told I will be there at 4pm. When I got there employee tells me system is updating and I needed to come back the next day. What company has a system update mid day when the department closes at 7pm. I'm not a believer of a system update happening at that time. I believe them not wanting to do anymore work that evening

Total time for an oil change? ~3 hours. After about an hour and a half, they finally told me I'd have to do a different type of oil change for whatever reason. Then, about another hour passed and the manager came to me and said they couldn't find my car! Then they finally started the "pit crew" stating it would take around 20 min. A little over a half hour later, I was finally checking out. Received no apology and I saw numerous people there extremely frustrated and in a similar predicament to mine.

If I could give this auto center 0 stars, I would. They are THE WORST! I ordered a tire for pick up on Dec 20. They said my tire was not there but FedEx delivered it on the 23rd. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME. 2 weeks later I even went there and they told me it wasn't there! 2 days after that, my husband goes back, they say they don't have the tire, but my husband is angry at this point and makes them look for it. BAM!! IT'S ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE!!! My tire was there for 13 days and they said it wasn't!! WALMART WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Dropped my car off to have 2 tires installed at 10:30 am and 4hrs later tires still weren't installed, manager said 6 or 7 cars were still ahead of me. Staff was friendly but service is extremely slow. I bought the tires and took them to J&M Tires down the street, cost $20 more to be installed but way faster so completely worth it to me.

Customer service needs work. My expectations were not set accordingly I entered at 8am with the need of 1 tire with the waiting area empty and 4 cars in the lane. When i asked Patricia the wait time I was told go have breakfast and shopping. I decided to gather items in the store and returned back to the auto care area at 9am with one maybe 2 people in the area i asked how much longer would it be just to gather timing. I was told by another person that there's 1 car ahead of me. I sat down and waited at around 1015 a couple came in that had an 10am appointment in which I was still not serviced nor was i told that there are scheduled appointments that will push you back if they come in so now I have 2 cars ahead of me yet if I hadn't figured out that I was pushed back behind the appointment I would have just sat there waiting. Then comes the 11am appointment and she waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged by Patricia. Now there's 3 cars ahead without any notice. One tire replacement took 4 hours and 30minutes to complete. I witnessed a disable elderly gentleman be told that he would have to move his car although he had made Patricia aware that he was unable to do so because of health and disability. She still insisted that he move his car from the handicap space to the service lane and walk back over to be written for service. The manager sheila then stated to the gentleman that she could get him a cart. They violated his rights on many levels as person with disabilities. Customer service is the worse

Went in for a simple oil change with only one car before me at 8am. My car was pulled into the garage about 830 and just sat in the garage until it was lifted at 915. Waited so long that I had to ask for manager and find out why it was taking so long. Here is my thing if you post that you open at 7am, then be open at that time. The manager then tells me that they only had one tech the whole time until about 9am. Can someone let me know when that became my concern that you didn't have your department covered properly.

If I could give a ZERO I would!!! Do NOT get your oil changed here EVER. Took them 3 hours to do an oil change and they charged us full price!! We spoke with the manager and we received NO apology from her. All she said was that it was "normal to have a 30 minute wait per car". She said 3 cars were ahead of us...that equals 1 hour and 30 minutes, not 3 hours!!!!!! All four of The employees that walked past us asked us why we were still there! One employee went to go ask why our car was still there, he came back saying that The man doing our oil change forgot about our car and didn't fill it back up!!!!!! I told The manager that her employee told us that and she laughed at us and gave us excuse after excuse instead of apologizing and fixing The problem. The manager, Sheila was inconsiderate and unapologetic. We will never come back here again, and corporate will hear from us .
