If I could I'd give zero stars. The staff at this branch is horrible and insensitive. I had the displeasure of having to close my Mothers accounts with them recently due her death. After speaking with Jamilla who I was shocked to find is titled the senior customer service person, she made me promises she did not keep and failed to follow up with me. I called after
She failed to respond to two emails from me and I spoke with Nicole. WOW she was rude also and I asked for the branch manager SHOCKED again Nicole is the manager. That explains why Jamilla was so rude it goes from the top down.
My next step is to contact Nicole's leadership.
1. Have customer sensitivity
2. Show some empathy to families
3. Do what you promise
4. Never give a customer that home girl attitude, you are at work.
5. Be professional and use proper grammar ~vera
