Best mechanic in Roanoke, Virginia (VA) 2024

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. I go to pick it up, my car won’t start. All they offer to do is jump start me. I told the guy that my car ran and started just fine when I brought it to them. He tried to tell me he tested my battery and it tested low, tried to sell me a battery. I repeated that my car was just fine until I left it with them. All I got was a shoulder shrug and “I don’t know what to tell you.” And then before this they lost a piece to my husband’s vehicle and gave him the same shoulder shrug. Absolutely pathetic. ~Blair
