Have to pay up front for tire not in stock but in-stock at another ntb tire place. This was not the problem. This is the problem I dropped my truck off to get tires after having I half a day. I get a call not saying my truck is ready but to tell me what's wrong with my truck. As I was picking up my truck I was giving a paper stating what was wrong I said I'll take it to my guy. Who owns a garage and has working on my truck for years. I took my truck to his garage to get a oil change and asked him to look to see if I needed any of this. After the oil change he looked over my truck and said you don't need any of this. I even took it to a nother garage that I go to and he said the same thing. SO STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. I go to pick it up, my car won’t start. All they offer to do is jump start me. I told the guy that my car ran and started just fine when I brought it to them. He tried to tell me he tested my battery and it tested low, tried to sell me a battery. I repeated that my car was just fine until I left it with them. All I got was a shoulder shrug and “I don’t know what to tell you.” And then before this they lost a piece to my husband’s vehicle and gave him the same shoulder shrug. Absolutely pathetic.

Not real sure why I make an appt. I bring my truck in last week for a prescheduled appt and they tell me oh our machine broke. Would have been nice to get a call before I drove down there. Rescheduled for today. Today I come in and have been here for an hour and my truck is still in the parking lot because they only have 1 lift for my truck and it's occupied.

We dealt with a young lady named Shayla! She was super helpful. I hit a pot hole while out of town, I was very upset. As soon as I called she let me know they had the tire I needed! I limped my car over there because newer ones don’t come with a spare, and they had me in and out very quickly!! Thank you Shayla!!!

Changed a set of wheels for my car and installed new tpms sensors. They mechanic didn't give the keys for the anti-theft lug nuts back to me. They said they will negotiate for a compensation for me after the manager comes back. It's been four days and I haven't received my call back yet. Also the tpms is still not working. Paid 110+ for this service, and the service they provided is nowhere near the price I paid. There are many other shops nearby so try to avoid this one.

Had previous work done here and gave them five stars. Returned yesterday for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and for them to fix the oil leak. Mind you, I explained exactly where the oil was leaking from but the mechanic was unable to determine the exact spot so I was given a quote for a valve cover gasket replacement. Since he was obviously not knowledgeable concerning this matter, I decided this place is only useful for regular maintenance (not repairs). My car was ready in about an hour and we left. Because it was raining, I made the mistake of not inspecting the car there. Later in the day, I am leaving my house and notice the tires were not rotated. This is obvious because I have two different types of tires on each axle. Because it's possible they simply rotated them side to side, I check the rims. I have an obvious scratch on one of the rear rims and since the rim is exactly where it was rotated to last, I know they were not rotated. Call the shop and inform the guy that my tires were not rotated. He asks me to bring it back the next morning and they'll rotate them. Take the car back this morning but before leaving our house, we mark all the rims. The guy at the shop wants me to leave the vehicle so "they can get to it when they have time" and I tell him that I was told yesterday that it would be first priority since it was scheduled to be done and they neglected to do it. So he tells us he'll get it in as soon as he can. We wait thirty minutes in the waiting area and the mechanic brings us the key and says it's ready. Go to the parking lot and it's already obvious they didn't rotate ALL the tires. Did not even bother going back. It's 100% obvious this place is a joke. Don't take your car here. They only rotated the back driver tire to the front driver side. Neither passenger side tire was moved. Walmart does a better job. The only reason I chose this place was because I needed the oil leak repaired. But they didn't know how to fix that either so complete waste of time and money.

Very great customer service and timely service on any type of vehicle repair that you are needing. Do recommend to make an appointment for something bigger than an oil change as it requires more intense time for that. Highly recommend them. Donnie is outstanding as well.
