Waiting On A Rx For A Hour ! Was Told I Would Get A Text For Pickup , Never Received A Text So I Decided To Go Back To Speak To Someone & Was Told The Pharmacist Was Busy Doing Covid Vaccines. Came To The Pharmacy Because Of Troubled Breathing & Was Picking Up A Asthma Pump . To Wait A Hour Is Ridiculous As I Watch The Pharmacist Continue To Take More Guest In For Vaccines . Will Not Be Using Walmart Pharmacy Anymore ! This Is Not The First Time I Had Trouble With Their Pharmacy But It Will Be The Last ! ~breanna

I walked in around noon or sgortly before on 10/14/22 with my vaccination card and a very rude pharmacist? or worker? in a white lab coat at the consult window ( with short grey hair, thin, plain face, didn't take her name) where I had a question about my card. Right away she had a rude expression towards me like I was interrupting her. I told her I tried to make an appointment to have my flu shot and covid shot online but it was not recognizing my date of birth or profile so I could not make the appointment. She retorted back rudely to call some number and walked away and I said but I don't understand why I got my shots here? And she said I am crazy busy here I have no idea and I couldn't believe her rudeness and I did roll my eyes at her and she said roll your eyes all you want but that's how it is! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism is at your pharmacy. I no longer get prescriptions here but I do spendaoy of money here as I live directly behind the store but I will never again patronize this store again! Disgusting! Martins is where I get my prescriptions. They are professional and kind. The pharmacist always comes to the window and answers my questions kindly and always shows empathy and kindness! Prescriptions are even done on time! ~Elizabeth
