I walked in around noon or sgortly before on 10/14/22 with my vaccination card and a very rude pharmacist? or worker? in a white lab coat at the consult window ( with short grey hair, thin, plain face, didn't take her name) where I had a question about my card. Right away she had a rude expression towards me like I was interrupting her. I told her I tried to make an appointment to have my flu shot and covid shot online but it was not recognizing my date of birth or profile so I could not make the appointment. She retorted back rudely to call some number and walked away and I said but I don't understand why I got my shots here? And she said I am crazy busy here I have no idea and I couldn't believe her rudeness and I did roll my eyes at her and she said roll your eyes all you want but that's how it is! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism is at your pharmacy. I no longer get prescriptions here but I do spendaoy of money here as I live directly behind the store but I will never again patronize this store again! Disgusting! Martins is where I get my prescriptions. They are professional and kind. The pharmacist always comes to the window and answers my questions kindly and always shows empathy and kindness! Prescriptions are even done on time!

The only reason I give this pharmacy a 1 is because of the effort the girl in blue made to apologize to me but there is a white haired lady that works there in a white lab coat that is EXTREMELY rude!! My prescription was called in 48 hours before I showed up and was asked to wait 30 minutes. Okay I waited an hour. Went back and they say, another hour. I very kindly said “well now I already waited an hour” and the white haired lady immediately started throwing things around and making rude statements towards me about how short staffed she is and she can’t do everything herself… etc etc. the lady in blue was immediately apologizing for her behavior. That older lady should NOT be in customer service let alone a pharmacist with that sort of behavior. I read another comment just 4 days ago about the same lady. So I’m sure I’m not alone in this. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

A nightmare of a pharmacy!! Insurance wasn’t verified, when I inquired to confirm current insurance was ran, response was “It looks right, my best guess is it’s right.” No offer to confirm. New prescriptions put on hold (not refills), a 30 day supply filled as 180 so I was charged 3x the amount and 90 extra pills, prescriptions yelled across the store while 10+ people in line, extreme wait times, drive thru closed, rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, poor customer service from the pharmacist….I will never have prescriptions filled here again! I have a disaster to sort out from their inaccurate data entry on three prescriptions, possibly insurance issues, and no prescriptions ready which are obviously needed ASAP! Highly discourage using this pharmacy. Corporate intervention is needed IMMEDIATELY.

Possibly some of the worst pharmacy managment I have EVER seen. Have never had a prescription be ready on time, half the time I don't get the texts that they're ready and half of the time they "lost" my prescription altogether. A few of the pharmacy techs are rude, unprofessional and are playing around with peoples life saving medications. I am a diabetic, my prescriptions are life and death and my life depends on them

If I could post negative stars I would. The pharmacist is completely incompetent and thinks he’s a doctor and won’t fill prescriptions even on the orders of a doctor. Don’t waste your time and go to martins.

The pharmacy will not answer phone calls, which is a problem when you have to drive 40 mins each way just to check if a new prescription is ready (no texting as cell phones don't work where I live). Inside the store some of the pharmacy staff are very nice, but I hesitate to say that of everyone. I am sorry, I have used this cvs for years since they moved to this location. But, I will probably change over to mail order for prescriptions, since they don't seem to care about patients.

Every time I have to deal with this pharmacy I encounter the rudest techs and pharmacist’s I have ever had to deal with. I called to talk to someone this Evening and they kept me holding 30 minutes until the store closed and then hung up. I have asked 3 days in a row for my Dad’s meds and they said it would be ready, I got to the store and it wasn’t. 3 Trips! I talked to the pharmacist who was an extremely rude man. He said we are three days behind getting prescriptions out. I said my Dad couldn’t miss and he said there was nothing he could do. He didn’t even offer to send it to a different pharmacy. I am very frustrated with this pharmacy and will be talking to Tricare East about the service.

Pharmacist told us everything would be filled in an hour and then when we went back we were told they were out of one of the meds and could come back on Monday. Monday comes around and they say they aren’t sure when they can fill it but they’ll do a partial. Now I’ve been on the phone 20 plus minutes and no one at the pharmacy has picked up. This is the last of a long line of problems. They question prescriptions and insinuate that you are abusing them. They miscount pills (though at least they acknowledged this when we went in) and are generally rude and unpleasant except for that one guy (not the pharmacist, he’s rude and dismissive). Ok. It’s been 25 minutes now. We’re switching pharmacies.

Pharmacy sucks!! Can't get scripts done when promised. Have to call to remind them that they need to fill them otherwise the scripts just keeps getting pushed back. Wouldn't deal with CVS but insurance forces me to!!!!!

Staff members need to learn to act like professionals. A brown hair technician interrupted my conversation with another tech to tell me to “call my doctor on Monday”, say “buh-bye” to me in the most disrespectful tone, slam the window shut in my face, then smirk at me and wave. She then turned around to her fellow coworkers to have them all laugh at me. I waited so I could get her name, she came back to the window, told me that it was against their policy to give out their names (corporate explained to me that this was a lie), then slammed the window shut in my face a second time. She acted like a child throwing a tantrum, when I was the one calmly speaking to another technician about the miscommunication with my medication. This woman was completely unhinged and I do not feel safe going back to this location.
