I have been going to First Team Kia for my maintenance needs for several years and have been extremely happy with the staff and the service I've received. I purchased my first vehicle from them last month and have been just as happy with my purchase. From the initial communications, to the delivery of the vehicle and after, their staff has been absolutely first class. Charlie Seaboch was the initial salesperson I spoke to and being it was a Telluride, there was a wait involved during which I probably spoke to just about every member on the sales staff to include management. All of them were a pleasure to work with. At delivery Charlie did the most thorough overview I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle, new or used to include what just about every knob, switch, and button in the vehicle did. A couple of days after delivery, he reached out to see if I had any questions and told me to reach out at any time should questions arise. I'm extremely appreciative of the staff and their efforts to ensure I was happy with my purchase and I recommend First Team Kia to anyone in the market for a vehicle. ~John
