Best sports massage therapist in Suffolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

The therapists here are decent and provide the requested services with a pleasant demeanor and professionalism. My concern is with most of the people that work up front. Their disposition is very non-nonchalant and the 2 two that I have dealt with lack empathy. I, like many people in the reviews, was bombarded and sold on a membership. All of my problems started immediately after that. There was poor communication, never a return call as promised, dismissed voicemails and just outright lack of concern when speaking with them. My questions went unanswered or I was given "policy states...." answers. I gifted a membership to my mother and after 2 months I asked to have it cancelled due to the poor customer service that I received.
