Words can’t do justice of what Shenandoah Fit has done in my life! I’ve always been an active person and as an adult my activity over the years decreased rapidly. I’m so happy to find a place where as a busy adult I can come in for an hour each day and have a personalized workout to get me going every day. This gym has truly changed my life and I wouldn’t be able to say that about any other gym. It’s not only the workouts but most importantly the environment and people at the gym.
