Very good food and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and quick at getting us drinks. It is seat yourself. It's not very fast but the food is all made from scratch and made when you order. No food is frozen and you can tell at the first bite. Will definitely be going back. ~Brandon

My carrier regularly puts my medicine in an outside locked mailbox and the package is too large to get out of the 2" opening I have to remove mail. The carrier needs to realize because she can get it in the back of the mailbox we don't have that large opening she has to get it out. This has been a complaint of mine. Now it's Saturday evening and my meds are stuck in the mailbox and I need them. The post office is closed until Monday. I hope the post office reads this. Maybe they'll fix the problem! ~Barbara

I can’t say enough good things about Shaffer’s Catering. I worked with Shaffer’s for my two day wedding weekend in Shenandoah Valley. I had my Indian ceremony on one day and American the next day. I worked with Darren with the initial planning of the two events. He was very helpful throughout the process and worked to address all my requests. Shaffer’s provided bartending and full-service catering for the reception. Debbie from Shaffer’s was responsible for the coordination and was very pleasant to work with. Debbie and the staff did an amazing job. I highly recommend hiring Shaffer’s for your next event. They have a great selection of food items on their catering menu and their food is delicious. The staff took care of everything very well and I am very happy with the whole experience. ~Manu

The U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer on 23540 Old Valley Pike, Woodstock, VA 22664. Was the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. After confirming my reservation that I had made 1 month prior, my trailer pick up was changed from Strasburg, VA to Woodstock, VA. This was no big deal since the location was closet to where I needed to be. I was called by the owner of the Woodstock location the prior evening. He was trying to convince me to pick the trailer up on the night before because "he had a lot of customers coming in in the morning and wouldn't be able to get me out by 9 am" I explained that it wasn't a problem and I was willing to wait. It was inconvenient for me to pick it up the night before. When I arrived on Saturday morning, there were 3 additional customers waiting to pick up their rentals. All of the customers mad several phone calls to both Uhaul, the owner and the reservation office and to no avail, the Woodstock owner was unreachable. After waiting 2 hours I was able to reach Uhaul corporate. They offered another pick up location. This location was over 50 minutes from where I was and then another 50 minutes to the location I needed to be. At this point, it was after 11:00am. My pick up was changed, and then I was informed that the location that I needed to pick it up at was closing at 12!!! After demanding the Uhaul CSR to conference call the owner of the Luray VA location, he was able to accommodate me and remain opened until I arrived. I was offered a free day, which I appreciated. The owner of the Woodstock Location texted me at 12:00 indicating he was there. I asked what happened to him and he overslept. My impression is that he was never going to show up in the first place judging from his phone call the night prior. This location is a poor representation of Uhaul. You should know this. ~Fret

Today’s luncheon experience was very delightful. Katie took care of our table, several others and additionally a big party of 10. It’s nice to see a server enjoying her job. The food was delicious as usual and the atmosphere quite inviting. Full menu is available even at lunch. ~Marcy

We had our first new puppy visit with Dr Shelly. She is wonderful. Answered all our questions and concerns. The front desk staff is awesome. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is our go to Vet. ~Barbara
