The waitress was great!!! However our food took forever to come out, and when it did it was barely warm. My chicken tenders were pale, and you could taste the undercooked flour. I probably won't go back, because for the price range I would expect faster service, hot and well cooked food, especially as they were far from busy.

They took great care of us with the dog in tow outside after a long two days of hiking. Home Cooked Breakfast was great, service was wonderful. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would eat there again! Thank you 😊

Delicious. Homemade. Comforting. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the locals were out enjoying it too. I had the country fried steak, with mashed potatoes, and cornbread - I cant wait to go back and have it again!

Route 11 dinner is a fairly good restaurant located near Woodstock. It has breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that all taste great, though the selection may be limited. Dessert is their number one seller plus the atmosphere and local charm. A definite recommendation.

Very good food and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and quick at getting us drinks. It is seat yourself. It's not very fast but the food is all made from scratch and made when you order. No food is frozen and you can tell at the first bite. Will definitely be going back.

We really use to like going to this restaurant in the past. It seems like in the past few months, things have gone down hill in many ways. First off the portions have gotten smaller, but the price has gone up. Second if you want soda better drink it slow because you only get one 12oz can for $2.49. Third Service is getting to be slower and slower ( there is one server that has always been great to us though). We have been there too many times to count at this point, ever since it was Seven Bends. My wife and I went there sometimes 3 plus times a week, and then with the whole family on weekends too many times to count as well. Today my wife and I went in and it wasn't very busy for it being around lunch time. We sat down like we always do and waited for someone to help us. While we were sitting there 3 more parties came in and sat down. They almost immediately brought menus and asked what drinks the party of 5 wanted. Then proceeded to the other two tables with menus and getting drink orders. We weren't even noticed until we got up and walked out the door. This will most likely be the last time we will go to Route 11 Diner, which is very disappointing because it use to be a go to place for good food at good prices, with great service.

We stopped in after work. We put off coming here far too long. Now we are upset we hadn't stopped in sooner! For the most part, it's what you would expect to be in the menu of a small town mom-n-pop diner. What sets them apart though is how much of their offerings are actually made right there in house. The homemade soups and desserts caught my attention immediately. The desserts can even be seen in the cold case for everyone's viewing pleasure. My fiance ordered the bowl of chili and cornbread to start, and the steak and cheese sub for his meal. The chili was very meaty and hardy! Full of flavor and a very mild spice everyone can enjoy. He enjoyed his steak and cheese with everything on it. I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup, and honestly that was the best darn tomato soup I have ever had! I also ordered the open faced hot roast beef,hand-cut French fries and mashed potatoes and gravy....I know, I know...That's alot of starchy sides...But so worth it! The hand-cut fries were absolutely delicious!! My only take on the roast beef was it was sliced with the grain of the meat and not against it...Slicing against the grain would have made the roast beef a little more tender on the chew. But otherwise it was great! Then we moved on to our desserts....I saw the pineapple upside down cake, and I wasn't walking away without a piece. He got himself a slice of the chocolate pie. We were so stuffed, but dagnabit we found the room for the goods!!! Overall, the Route 11 diner is definitely worth a visit!! We will most certainly be returning!!
