Best bakery in Bellingham, Washington (WA) 2024

I passed by this business several times thinking it was a bakery. What I found was the best spot for breakfast or lunch in Bellingham. Clean, spacious and has a charming decor but this is nothing compared to the impressive menu selection, quality and quantity of the food and outstanding service. Perfect spot to meet friends for coffee or a meal. The prices are very competitive and they donate part of their bread sales to charity each month. I highly recommend Avenue Bread. I know I will visit regularly. Vegetarian options: Several veggie options are available for breakfast and lunch. ~S

Very delicious Apple Pie Bread! It tasted fresh, and I would definitely get it again. I don’t know how the other bread taste like, but it was really nice of them to let people sample different kinds. There’s also a bread loyalty card. So if you buy enough bread, you get one free. :) ~S
