Best cell phone store in Monroe, Washington (WA) 2024

You know the people here are so nice and help you anyway they can.As far as boost mobile I have nothing good to say about that company.Went through boost mobile for 13 years never received one free phone.Phone gets stolened and don't think they can help you because they wont.This store should go through a better phone service or I would give them 5 stars but since boost mobile involved only 4. ~Rhonda

Best service ever!!! My phone was having so many issues, I went in to see what T-mobile had to offer and was met with the best service. I worked with the manager Tanner. He was super patient and knowledgeable. He talked to me through different options. I went in with a broken phone and left with two iPhone 13s and a cheaper bill! Highly recommend! ~Peter

Had a great experience working with Nick at this location. He answered all my questions over the phone before I came in. Then he helped me pick and setup my new phone. While waiting to transfer all my data, which can take a while, both Nick and Hugo took the time to chat and keep me company while we waited for everything to transfer. Both these gentleman went above and beyond to give me a great customer service experience. ~tony5150tm
