Always have a great experience and the new girl Harley is amazing with her customer service! She's attentive, smart (knows the product inside and out) always looks for where I can save $$, and is very helpful! She's an asset and I will only go see her now!

I broke my phone and needed one immediately for work. I called this T-Mobile store at 7:25pm and asked them if it's too late to pick up another device. The lady replied, "no, the data transfer would take too long." They close at 8 pm. Disappointed at their service commitment.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I am a sprint customer (now included in T-Mobile) I’ve been needing to make some changes, but it was always hard since sprint stores closed and T-Mobile store couldn’t always help sprint customers. (Which shouldn’t be the case) A large sign on the T-Mobile door now says “sprint customers welcome” THIS IS UNTRUE, and the sign needs to be taken down. I keep getting told I can’t be helped unless a manager is in, and told when the manager will be in. The manager WAS NOT IN two of the times I was informed they would be in. I took the day off work so I could make sure I’d be able to get help, to no avail. The next time we go in will be our 4th try to simply upgrade our phones. While I was in the store, another customer being helped was also very frustrated because a memo was to be put on his file from a phone call to make a change that he needed to make in store. They wouldn’t help him in the store either, and kept telling him to calm down because he was being disruptive. They even called a manager and the manager told him over the phone that he needed to be more respectful to their employee. This man wasn’t being AT ALL disrespectful. He was just trying to get a simple request completed after trying to no avail for a week, and was frustrated. I’m VERY disappointed in how the sprint/T-Mobile change has happened, I have a feeling they will lose a lot of customers.

I am a former Sprint customer looking to get my phone upgraded, and I went in on Sunday to get help. The employees told me they could not help me since only the manager has access to Sprint customer service. They told me the manager would be there tomorrow (now today), however when I went back in this morning the manager was not actually working. There is a very prominent sign on the door that states "Former Sprint customers welcome!" But that is obviously not the case if they only have one person who can help with this and they are not working all the time! Very poor communication and lack of support for a former Sprint customer. I am fine if this is the case but do NOT say you can help me if you actually CAN'T!

Best service ever!!! My phone was having so many issues, I went in to see what T-mobile had to offer and was met with the best service. I worked with the manager Tanner. He was super patient and knowledgeable. He talked to me through different options. I went in with a broken phone and left with two iPhone 13s and a cheaper bill! Highly recommend!

The T-mobile store was busy and the wait to be helped long. Prior to helping me Matthew was assisting a very challenging client. During this extended period I was fascinated with Mathew's patience, care and prowess extended to a challenging customer who I though could quickly escalate to become very unpleasant. Luckily that did not happen. His service to me was excellent. The five stars are for you Matthew.

I had zero cell service at my house so I decided to switch providers and decided to go with T-Mobile. The girl at the store (I don’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. T-Mobile paid off my phone that I still owed $800 on for switching, I went from having zero cell service at my house to having 5G, and on top of that I have the same phone plan as my old provider for $5 less a month!
