My experience was great... Here's how I can sum it all up. The store was empty so we were immediately assisted by Tyler as we came in; we all cliked well. I had a great experienc previously in getting a phone at this location and this one was nothing short of fantastic. I don't think Tyler needed any improvements and wouldn't add anything to what he does. If anything he should be managing a store as I think his customer service skills and knowledge were the best I've experienced. He's funny, knows how to hold conversation even during the phones install downtime and has great knowledge of his products. You need more like him in your stores. I'll be back to get my next phone as it was focused more on my kids, but looking forward to working with him again.

Had a great experience working with Nick at this location. He answered all my questions over the phone before I came in. Then he helped me pick and setup my new phone. While waiting to transfer all my data, which can take a while, both Nick and Hugo took the time to chat and keep me company while we waited for everything to transfer. Both these gentleman went above and beyond to give me a great customer service experience.

Went to att Monroe wa to setup a new line, I wanted something specific for Hotspot data, talked to Tyler who help setting up the service even better than I thought, Tyler knew all the options, 2 months later, after testing, all works well, better than Verizon.

Nicklaus is knowledgeable and super helpful. I dropped my phone off to have him upload from old phone and came back to switch numbers (needed transfer pin) and Verizon was so slow w customer service that I am back w att. They work hard at this store even when lines are long -I feel for them bc it’s stressful- they acknowledge the customers and try to help and are very kind. I had a different experience at the Monroe Verizon store. They were rude and unapologetic. Super happy w Nicklaus and crew!
