I was terribly upset today. On my way to work in the morning I hit a nail and at 9:30 am I noticed that the tire on my car was half flat. I immediately went to the service Firestone Complete Auto Care. I was told that it was so urgent, they could not fix the wheel, they had to wait 2-3 hours. I told them that I could leave the car with you and come back after my work at 5:00 pm. They answered me that they would make a wheel for me within 3 hours. I said that I would go to work by bus, and I would arrive after work was over at 5:00 pm. They said:::-- Great, leave the car in the parking lot and bring the keys, which I did. When I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the wheel was completely empty. They did nothing. I went into the office and saw the person taking the orders arguing with the customer and the customer was very excited. I also asked ::: --- why didn't they make my car? And I had an appointment with the doctor at 5:30 pm, in the end I was late for a meeting with the doctor and I had to cancel it.
