DO NOT GO TO Firestone Auto Care on: 17808 108th Ave SE, Renton, WA 98055. On August 11th, 2022, I took my truck in for tires exchange. The Technician damaged my rear right bumper. I had just wash my truck that very morning, there was no damage. I really like my truck, always pay close attention. My only mistake was trusting them too much, I forgot to check my truck before I drove home when I pick up my truck. After I brought my truck home, was removing the old tires from the trunk, I noticed the damage on the rear back bumper. I drove my truck back to show them, both the technician and the advisor denied it. The technician even lied and said, he did a walk around my truck and make notes of scratches when I saw him with my own eyes, he just drove my truck from the parking right into the service area. And there was no notes of any kind on the paper works. The damage on the rear right bumper (picture 1) was push in so hard, it pop the rear left bumper out (picuture 2) Service: Tires

What a bunch of dishonest people! I took my car to them to repair a flat tire. Instead of repairing, they inflated the tire and let me go with an assurance that it was fixed. The following day, the tire was low of pressure. I booked an appointment with them and because I was busy, I sent my brother. They did not attend to him. When I took the car back, the point that they claim had been repaired was bubbling, and then they punched another one on the side. All with an aim of having me buy a new tire from them. This is so cruel and dishonest. I felt cheated by such a big company. They did not have to do all that to make sure I buy a new tire with them. I would think twice before I go to them again. FYI, my front right tire had issue with pressure too. They checked and didn’t find any leak. But they proceeded to charge me for the two tires as if both had been prepared. Point: I took a problem to them, and got out with two problems. SAD Service: Tires

Honestly just an odd experience here - they diagnosed my flat tire but refused to work on it unless they would be replacing all 4 tires. Car has ~12k miles on it, the existing tread was within 1/8th inch depth of other tires, meaning it was okay to replace one tire. My local dealership happily swapped out the one tire and maintained my car's warranty. I'm not sure this Firestone was particularly interested in my business unless it was very lucrative for them.

I was terribly upset today. On my way to work in the morning I hit a nail and at 9:30 am I noticed that the tire on my car was half flat. I immediately went to the service Firestone Complete Auto Care. I was told that it was so urgent, they could not fix the wheel, they had to wait 2-3 hours. I told them that I could leave the car with you and come back after my work at 5:00 pm. They answered me that they would make a wheel for me within 3 hours. I said that I would go to work by bus, and I would arrive after work was over at 5:00 pm. They said:::-- Great, leave the car in the parking lot and bring the keys, which I did. When I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the wheel was completely empty. They did nothing. I went into the office and saw the person taking the orders arguing with the customer and the customer was very excited. I also asked ::: --- why didn't they make my car? To which I was told that they were busy. I got very frustrated and had to drive on an empty tire to the nearest gas station to add air to the wheel. And I had an appointment with the doctor at 5:30 pm, in the end I was late for a meeting with the doctor and I had to cancel it. This is not how business is done, I will tell everyone not to come to you. It was very bad. Vladimir Zavgorodny.

Chui was super friendly and did a great job keeping his calm on a crazy day. Job took 2 hours longer than originally promised. Had I known - I would have made arrangements to drop off my vehicle. Pricing was good. My spare tire didn’t get put away like promised which is annoying. I’ll give one more try for future service.

Don't go here they will charge you and never do the work I paid for all four new tires and alignment. Next day all my tires go flat turns out they never put new tire valves ( i paid extra for new ones to be placed) took it back to them to have it fixed and 3 hours later my front tire gose flat have to take it back. Then I take it to be inspected turns out the alignment i paid for was never done or not done right had it realined. Don't go here waste of time they will take your money and not do the service.

I made an appointment one week in advance. I went to the store still took them 4 hours to balance and rotate my tires. They were giving priority for other cars. Horrible service. Next time I will go somewhere else. Service: Tires

Sitting here waiting for them to open. Says they open at 7:00 am. It is now 7:50 & no sign of anyone. Tried calling, no answer. They have my vehicle inside & I can't go anywhere. Frustrated at their lack of communication. Call first to make sure they're open

Absolutely terrible experience and took advantage of travelers from out of state. Engine started sounding bad in my truck due to engine misfiring when we were near Renton, our final destination. Dropped off the truck at 8:30am on Saturday 4/30. Told they could get us in and fix us up. Advised a list of repairs that was essentially a tune up and told us "that would fix our issues" and charged me $750 and gave us the truck back right before close for the day and before they were closed for Sunday. Spoiler alert, that did not fix my issue. At all. Reached out to the store manager a few days ago when I found time and he blatantly lied over the phone and said "we advised the person who dropped it off that we didn't have enough time to finish the needed repairs." OK, so why did you continue to do a tune up that wouldn't fix my issue?! Also I was there, my partner was NEVER told that. At all. They had no problem outright lying and taking almost a grand from weary travellers. Later took the truck to MY local Firestone and I got told that it's cylinder 5 in the engine misfiring and that "Firestone doesn't do that type of work." I've taken my complaint to corporate. Hopefully that solves the issue, but if not I will be filing a fraud complaint with the Attorney General. Absolutely ridiculous. 0/10. Don't trust these scammers. They gladly stole money from a young woman driving a long distance to get a family member out of a bad living situation. Disgraceful business practice and they should not be in business. Beware of this company that overprices their work and literally lies about it. EDIT: I sent an email to the owner that responded to this review 5 days ago. No response. Great job, Firestone.

It started out well, and I wanted to continually use this facility, but… I recently took my car in to diagnose some serious feedback coming from my drivers side wheel. They advised a wheel/tire balance and rotation would fix it, but it did not. After 3 failed attempts and multiple calls to schedule another appointment to re-diagnose and get an alignment , I went to my Subaru dealership instead where they advised the strut and suspension were noticeably broken and would be hard to miss by any mechanic. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
