Best cell phone store in Renton, Washington (WA) 2024

I dont remember her name but whoever was there tonight that helped me with my SIM card issue was amazing at her job. I went in not knowing what to do and I told her that my SIM card just suddenly stopped working. Within a few minutes she was already replacing my SIM card with a new one and in about 15 minutes it started working again and I was able to use my phone again. She said there was no charge and it literally took me just a few minutes in the store and my problem got fixed. She said she was new at her job but I've worked in customer service for 10 years and she was doing an amazing job as far as customer service goes. Calm and easy to talk to and made the problem I was having really easy to deal with. Thank you for hiring great staff it was definitely needed tonight. I will definitely be back to this store if I ever run into any more issues that I don't know how to fix. This was at around 6:30 at night so whoever was working at 6:30 tonight was the person that was helping me and I really appreciate it. Keep doing a great job. ~Robert
