I dont remember her name but whoever was there tonight that helped me with my SIM card issue was amazing at her job. I went in not knowing what to do and I told her that my SIM card just suddenly stopped working. Within a few minutes she was already replacing my SIM card with a new one and in about 15 minutes it started working again and I was able to use my phone again. She said there was no charge and it literally took me just a few minutes in the store and my problem got fixed. She said she was new at her job but I've worked in customer service for 10 years and she was doing an amazing job as far as customer service goes. Calm and easy to talk to and made the problem I was having really easy to deal with. Thank you for hiring great staff it was definitely needed tonight. I will definitely be back to this store if I ever run into any more issues that I don't know how to fix. This was at around 6:30 at night so whoever was working at 6:30 tonight was the person that was helping me and I really appreciate it. Keep doing a great job.

Bad service. Asking to take a look the phone. The white girl asked if I want to buy it. I said I want to touch the phone before buying. She said she can’t open the new box. I the. Asked if I can touch the sample one. She then replied that is on the case and it is that close we can take a look. How would you serve customers if they want to try the one before buying? She looked away and let us stood there with no service after that. Very bad experience.

Bad bad experience 😪 they close at 5pm when we asked why their signs and webside says they close at 6pm the lady at the door provide awful customer service saying with a BAD mood "I know what it says at our door and we close at 5, go to other store where they close at 8pm" We drove from already onother store in Renton Highlines where they didn't have the phone we want to buy. So sad this location attend people poorly 😢

They staff were very helpful. My mom is pretty low tech. They took the time to explain things to her and help her get her new phone all set up.

These people don't know anything!!! We wasted 2 weeks back and forth to change a cell that have nothing wrong. I went to tukwila tmobileto finish the process and at the end my phone only has nothing wrong and we paid 100 dollars to the insurance because the people in bendon told us tondo that. Useless workers, they need training.

TL;DR; Awful customer service, give your money to a different T-Mobile store. We arrive just after 5p and waited nearly an hour (6pm was when one of the two occupied agents became available) to get help switching our devices only to be told they don't offer device switching help after 5:30pm (they close at 8p). This person wanted nothing to do with us the moment we asked for help. Incredibly curt and unfriendly, very annoyed body language after spending the last 45m watching them build rapport with the customers they had been helping previously. She did less than the bare minimum and left us to pursue other sales leads instantly. Cannot recommend anyone that may have special needs or assistance requirements coming here.

Payton is the absolute best rep T-Mobile has! She tends to all my wireless needs, if you need help definitely look for her. Also I absolutely LOVE my home internet.

This T-Mobile store is usually ok however one employee is responsible for all 5 GOLD stars. Payton is an amazing T-Mobile employee and goes above and beyond anything I could have expected in helping me with my family’s cellular needs. By far my best experience with a solid company and I only expect more great experiences with T-Mobile if they continue to hire and promote employees like Payton from the Benson store.
