Best self storage facility in Tacoma, Washington (WA) 2024

Best customer service I've had in a while. I reserved a truck in tacoma and when I went to pick it up no one was there. When I called customer service I was redirect to this location. The employee who helped me was professional, friendly overall excellent. And when I returned the truck a few minutes late she was more then understanding. I'll be needing another truck in a month or so and will definitely come back to this location. So thank you to the employee who helped. ~Carlos

We were directed to drop off our truck at this location. The last step is to lock the truck and put key in drop box. There is no drop box and no clear location to drop the key. No contact number for assistance. ~Brent
