Best customer service I've had in a while. I reserved a truck in tacoma and when I went to pick it up no one was there. When I called customer service I was redirect to this location. The employee who helped me was professional, friendly overall excellent. And when I returned the truck a few minutes late she was more then understanding. I'll be needing another truck in a month or so and will definitely come back to this location. So thank you to the employee who helped.

Called for 30 minutes immediately after my pick up That's 30 calls (after it rings for 60 seconds it transfers to a national network) before they would finally answer. When I picked up the vehicle they explained to me that there would be a 16th of a tank of gas in it because people steal their gas in the area . I get in the vehicle turn right and there's a stoplight right there in front of the location, the gas light immediately comes on and the tank is on E . So I had to fill up the vehicle before I could use it. Now that I've dropped off my rental my son left his pocket knife in the back of the van. I have now been calling for 60 minutes straight that's 60 phone calls and they will not answer the phone. Worst customer service possible. Now I have to drive 40 minutes to get to the location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE go to other locations that are reputable!

Would give less than 1 star if I could. The business closes at 7. I get it, I'm there at 645p, close to end. However, I'm not asking for a truck or trailer or even to take their time with questions. Propane, that's it. And I am told that they shut the machine down early so it's closed. No sign, nothing. So word to those who need propane, who knows when they actually close... whenever they feel like it. Lazy workers these days seems to be something encountered far too often. Go somewhere else.

Reserved and picked-up a 10' U haul truck on 08/31/22 to pick up a washer machine my wife wanted. Everything went smooth with payment process and until we got to our truck. As we inspected the truck before we left the parking lot we spotted 3 roaches after we lifted the back door of the truck. We believe it was probably from whoever last had that truck so we went back and asked for a different truck. The employee who assisted us was very apologic, unaware that did happened, and was grossed out herself about it as well as her partner who also was there hearing about it lol. She kindly gave us another truck and we was on our way. This would had been a 4 star review because of those roaches we found but the way the customer service was handled changed my mind.

Awful experience getting a hitch install on my Kia Soul. They canceled last-minute on me twice wasting paid leave. I was offered a $50 discount at this point for the aggravation so I rescheduled. 3rd time around the wrong sized ball was installed and I didn't notice until I got home. After all that they refused to credit the $50 promised on the earlier call. Go to any other U-haul location, these people simply do not care.

I took my 2011 Nissan a juke to have a cargo hitch installed. I was quite nervous at the hassle of getting it put on by a stranger. We’ll my experience was one of the best I have ever had at Uhaul. I was greeted by a gentleman named Dylan, he is the most knowledgeable and nicest guy I’ve done business with. He made me feel comfortable and worry free. A big thanks to him and Donisha for helping me out. Now it’s time to go camping with my new cargo rack.

I just drove by and witnessed an employee hitting what seemed to be a homeless individual with a large object. I stopped and recorded it because regardless of the situation, the man wasn’t reacting or doing anything, and the man chased him off and kept hitting him. Very uncalled for and weird and I hope they know that you can’t do that to people.

The worst experience I've ever had renting a truck. My wife was confused on which day to drop it off. It was supposed to be back yesterday at 4:00 p.m. I did not know until last night when I got a message saying it was being called in stolen. Try to call to figure out if I can drive it to drop it off and I was hung up on. Drop the truck off right amount of gas guess we'll see how much they charge For an honest mistake. Worst customer service I've ever gotten anywhere I would say no matter what it cost rent anywhere else.

This place is a joke. Safe yourself time and go to another location. We had went into the store to make reservations for back to back weekends. Both Saturday mornings we go in to pick up our truck and both mornings they did not have us down for a reservation. No one seems to know what’s going on around there. Worst customer service
