Went for an emissions test and plate renewal on my backup truck. I left the keys in my truck for the guys. Was told to go get them..(not sure why) but I did. Guy did the emissions, took my card, gave me the stickers, etc, and said “against my better judgement I have to give you your sticker” I was kinda chuckling (yes it’s a 2001 with some rust) and he says again “you laugh, but you better have some stuff fixed before you kill someone”…I was blown away. I couldn’t even think of anything to say to that..The truck wasn’t put on a hoist, it wasn’t inspected, he didn’t crawl under it, or open the hood, and most importantly he didn’t drive it further than 20 feet. How can that be said? The check engine light? It’s oxygen sensor codes. The abs light? Speed sensor wire. Everything safety wise has been done. Front end work, brake lines, fuel lines, all ball joints, & wheel bearings, new tires, transmission & transfer case, all replaced. Everything with GM AC Delco parts even. I asked for the required state test. It’s emission exempt, but in order to plate it, they require I run through the system and retrieve my waiver. (3/4 ton truck) What can be found driving a vehicle 20 feet? Without looking at anything? Wouldn’t recommend. Hate to write this, but I’m going to anyway, customer beware. Lacks proper inspection skills. Service: Auto emissions testing ~Mark

Children's Orchard New Berlin

Had a similar experience selling as some others have mentioned in their reviews. I had come to the store for the first time, and while I did not even bother to look through what items they were willing to buy and which ones they had rejected, the lady ensured that she gave me the spiel about how some of the items were inexpensive enough for customers to buy new and how some of the items were not in pairs. From what I see in the reviews, it seems like they say the same thing to a lot of the sellers. I think the team here needs to be coached that sellers come to the store with the best intentions of ensuring that their baby's much loved items are not thrown away and wasted. I can say that I did not travel 50 miles back and forth to get that bad attitude! ~Priyanka

DO NOT go to this place!! They manager there is rude and makes you feel like you are bother. He talks to people with no respect , who does that when they are in a professional position???SMH I went in for an emission test and ended up leaving without one, I will go elsewhere! I’m posting this review to let others know how my experience was and to let the owners know what type of employee they have working there! Update: I had someone reach out to me to resolve this issue.Thank you, I appreciate it! Happy customer here:) ~The

Dollar Tree

This is a brand new Dollar Tree in the home of a former Ace Hardware. I went midweek, a few days after the "Grand Opening" banner went up over Labor Day weekend. We also went early in the morning to avoid crowds. I was disappointed to see so few people wearing masks, especially the employees. The store itself is bright and well lit, with wide aisles. Since this store is replacing the one very close by, almost across the street, it is a huge improvement over that dim, cramped store. We found tons of art and craft supplies that we didn't know we needed, as well as lots of other fun stuff. Oddly there was no "anti-itch" cream that I was looking for after being bit up by mosquitoes lately. However, they haven't quite unpacked all the inventory yet, as evidenced by the boxes around and a couple of gaps in the shelves. My daughter was thrilled they had two types of "blind bag" items, one with plastic animals, one with lip gloss, and I liked the official Barbie accessories, like shoes or purses, for $1. I am impressed by the big freezer section, but didn't try anything there yet. We did buy a "Stroopwafel" (caramel wafer cookie) from the Netherlands that was delicious though! ~Space
